Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Drive GO, the user agrees to these Terms of Service. If they do not agree, they should stop using the extension and remove it from Chrome.
Service description
Drive GO provides tools for browsing, searching, uploading, managing, restoring, trashing, and sharing Google Drive content from the Chrome side panel through official Google APIs. The extension may also support user-initiated actions such as saving screenshots, selected text, or images to Google Drive. App settings and transfer data are generally stored on the user's own device, while network requests go to Google services only when needed for the selected feature.
User responsibilities
- The user is responsible for actions performed with their Google account through the extension.
- The user must comply with Google policies and applicable laws when using Drive GO.
- The user must ensure that uploaded, captured, copied, or shared content is lawful and that they have the right to use it.
- The user is responsible for how they configure sharing settings and notifications inside Google Drive and the extension.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve over time. The extension may be updated, improved, restricted, or discontinued at any time to maintain security, reliability, compatibility, or compliance requirements. Some features may be planned, experimental, or coming soon and may not always be available.
Data location and third-party services
Except for requests made to Google services that are necessary to authenticate the user or perform user-requested Google Drive actions, Drive GO is intended to keep app data in the user's local browser storage. The extension is not intended to send that local app data to outside services that are not needed for the extension to work.
No warranty
Drive GO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantees are made that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drive GO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the extension.
